(1) This is an intercity transfer service from Abu Dhabi to Dubai or vice versa (one-way).

(2) Please ensure you carry a valid ID or passport with you during the transfer process.

(3) We will provide transfer service in the central area of ​​Abu Dhabi.

(4) To facilitate your smooth pick-up, please provide detailed information about the Pick-up and drop-off location and time.

(5) Please note that the availability of luggage storage will determine whether oversized or overweight luggage will be accepted.

(6) If the guest fails to check in within the specified time, it will be deemed as a no-show and no rescheduling or refund service will be provided.

(7) No refund will be given for unused or partially used services.

(8) Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking and smoking on board the vehicle on any journey involving transfer service.

we will be having a Falcon experience at Qasr Al Watan where guests will learn about falcons and take pictures with them. This experience will be free of charge for the guests.

Please find the below information regarding the Falcon experience:

Start and end date: Wednesday 22 January until Ramadan ( 1 March 2025)

Frequency and timings: Three times a week (Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays) – 10am, 11:15am, 2pm, 3:15pm, 4:30pm . The first week will be on Wednesday and Friday only , then will follow the three times a week schedule

Location: Will be located in front of the palace main door ( as attached image)

Experience: There will be 2 Falconers and 2 Falcons. Guests will be able to hold the falcon and take pictures with the falcon. The tour guide team will start their tours with the falcon and will give information about UAE falcons. The tour guide team will also be with the falconers to translate the falcon information to guests when available.

Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.

Children between age 3 to 12 will be considered as child and charged child rate.

Children above age 12 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
