(6) No refund will be provided for unused or partially used services.

(7) Storage of oversized and overweight baggage depends on the availability of luggage space.

(8) If the guest fails to check in within the specified time, it will be considered a no-show, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.

Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.

Children between age 3 to 12 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
