1. The use of mobile phones is not allowed during the zipline experience.

2. Please wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes. No skirts, dresses, flip-flops or any loose shoes. Hair should be tied up, and earrings, bracelets and large accessories such as Superman capes should be left at home.

3. Height restriction: Participants must be taller than 130 cm.

4. Weight limit: Participants must weigh between 45kg and 100kg.

5. This experience is not suitable for pregnant women.

6. Participants must be in good health and not have any serious health problems.

7. Rescheduling is only allowed in the following cases:

• Weather conditions prevent the zip line from operating.

8. Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

• Other operational reasons prevent the zip line from operating.

• Circumstances beyond XDubai’s control require the zipline to be closed indefinitely.

9. The guest's name must match the name on the passport and a copy of the passport is required upon arrival.

10. Guests must arrive 15 minutes before their appointment time. Latecomers will be treated as pending and rescheduled based on the next available seat.

11. XLine does not accept guests with serious health conditions.

12. Digitally edited photos and videos are included in the Option and will be collected on site and sent to the email address provided within 48 hours.

13. Age limit is 12 to 65 years old (under 18 years old require personal consent from the guardian). Riders between 12 and 16 years old must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

*The meeting and check-in location for XLine is at the XLine stand on the P floor of Dubai Marina Mall. XDUBAI does not provide a shuttle bus to the Marina Mall, but you can take the metro (Marina Mall Metro Station) or taxi. There is also ample parking space at the mall.

14. Please note that the entire experience lasts approximately 90 minutes, while the zipline flight time is 1 minute.
