Plaza Premium Lounge & Plaza Premium First - Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL)

Plaza Premium Lounge (KLIA) is a premium airport lounge open to all travellers (regardless of airline or ticket class), offering a comfortable space to relax before departure.

Guests can enjoy:

• Hot meals & beverages (including coffee, tea, juices, and selected alcohol)
• Comfortable seating with runway views
• Free WiFi, charging stations & workspaces
• Entertainment (TV, reading materials)
• Optional facilities like showers or resting areas (subject to location)

The lounge operates 24 hours daily and is accessible via walk-in payment or eligible memberships/cards.

• Standard Admission

• Open to all passengers (walk-in or pre-booked).
• Must have a valid boarding pass for airside lounges.
• Lounge access is subject to availability (capacity limits apply).

• Full payment required upon booking; access confirmed only after payment.
• Walk-in customers are accepted but not guaranteed entry.

• Guests must dress appropriately and behave respectfully.
• Lounge may refuse entry or remove guests for misconduct.
• Food & drinks must be consumed inside the lounge only.

• Some lounges may restrict children.
• Where allowed, children must be accompanied by an adult (18+).

• Facilities may vary by location and can change without notice.

• Entry may be denied due to airport regulations or safety reasons. 

Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.

Children between age 3 to 12 will be considered as child and charged child rate.

Children above age 12 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
