Ambassador Transit Lounge – Terminal 2 is located airside within Changi Airport, Terminal 2, Departure Transit area. Access is via the escalator near Changi Airport - Terminal 2, Transit Lounge South, near Transfer F, on the 3rd Floor, next to Dreamscape Attractions.

The Transit Lounge offers hourly lounge access, providing a comfortable space to sit and relax, along with food and beverages, shower facilities, and Wi-Fi. Lounge access is available for 3-hour, 5-hour, and 10-hour durations.  Guests are advised to check the specified duration for each booking option.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

As the lounge is located airside in the Restricted/Transit area, transit travelers must NOT clear immigration or customs. This means that only passengers transiting through Singapore—traveling to another country without clearing Singapore’s arrival immigration—can access the lounge.

• Arriving passengers planning to enter Singapore cannot stay at the Ambassador Transit Lounge – Terminal 2.

• Departing passengers from the city should note that most airline check-in counters open only 3 hours before departure. Access to the transit area is not permitted earlier unless early check-in is available with your airline.

If you need assistance upon arrival, our 24-hour front desk is available to help with luggage collection, onward boarding passes, and re-entering the transit area.

Ambassador Transit Lounge – Terms & Conditions

1. Access & Eligibility

• Lounge access is available only to passengers transiting through Singapore Changi Airport with a valid same-day departure boarding pass.
• Guests must comply with airport security and immigration regulations.

• Lounge access can be purchased via walk-in, online pre-booking, travel agents, or airline partners.
• Usage is based on the selected duration (e.g., 3-hour, 5-hour, 10-hour packages)
• Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.
• Pre-booked reservations are non-transferable and valid only for the specified date and time.

3. Lounge Facilities & Services

• Buffet dining, Wi-Fi, and shower facilities are included in standard lounge access.
• Nap rooms, spa treatments, and additional services may require separate bookings and fees.
• Lounge seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis; reserved seating is not provided.

4. Conduct & Etiquette

• Guests must maintain respectful behavior; disruptive conduct may result in removal from the lounge without a refund.
• The lounge is a shared space—please be mindful of noise levels and other guests.

5. Children & Family Policy

• Children are welcome; age-based pricing may apply.
• Infants under 2 years old may enter free of charge with an accompanying adult.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Refunds or changes are not permitted for no-shows or missed reservations.
• In case of flight delays or cancellations, requests for adjustments will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• The lounge operator is not responsible for lost or unattended belongings.
• Lounge access does not include airline boarding announcements; guests must monitor their flight schedules.
• The company reserves the right to modify services, pricing, or policies without prior notice.
