[Buy and use immediately]
The eSIM QR code will be delivered immediately after ordering, and you can install and activate it at any time.
[eSIM Usage Conditions]
1. The device supports eSIM functionality.
How to check: Dial *#06# on the phone screen. Generally, the presence of EID indicates eSIM support; without EID, eSIM cannot be used.
2. Mobile phone without network lock
How to check: Confirm with your mobile network operator whether your device is locked to the network.
*Please check that the above conditions are met before purchasing. Only if all conditions are met can eSIM be used normally.
[Set up eSIM]
Installing an eSIM requires a network connection. Please ensure you are already connected to a stable network before installation (installation may fail due to some airport Wi-Fi networks). Installing an eSIM and enabling data roaming in a foreign country/region will cause the eSIM to become invalid or prematurely calculate usage time.
[Disable roaming function for domestic SIM cards]
Before using an eSIM, please be sure to turn off data roaming on your domestic SIM card to avoid incurring high international roaming charges by using your domestic SIM card's mobile data network. You will be responsible for all associated costs; no additional subsidies will be provided. These costs include roaming fees, overseas SIM card/eSIM purchase fees, and transportation expenses.
[Upholding the principle of fair use of the network]
To maintain network connectivity and uphold the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), telecommunications companies worldwide sometimes impose data throttling on users who consume large amounts of data within a short period, which may result in internet access disruptions or slower speeds. To ensure a stable internet connection, please avoid prolonged periods of watching/downloading videos, updating software, sharing your hotspot with others, or engaging in other activities that consume excessive data.

Question 17

A smoother handoff from confirmation to experience. Where applicable, our operations workflow helps manage pickup instructions, allocation updates, coordination notes, and service-status communication:
• Clear option details: Transparent option-specific transfer types, activities, meals, timings, and conditions before payment.
• Venue arrival coordination: Validating pickup or meeting point details and routing them into the local operational schedule.
• Operations monitoring: The booking is actively tracked through service delivery stages rather than ending once payment is made or a voucher is generated.
• Post-booking support: Customer care and coordination continue before, during, and after your experience.

You are not left alone after clicking "Book Now". Tripgoasia focuses on the full guest journey:
• Option clarity before payment: See what your selected option actually includes—transfer type, activities, meals, entertainment, timings, and important conditions.
• Hotel pickup coordination: For transfer-inclusive bookings in Tokyo, your hotel and pickup information is verified and routed into the operations workflow.
• Pickup point assistance: If shared pickup is not available from your specific location, clear meeting-point instructions are provided instead of leaving you guessing.
