Hakone Freepass Transport Passes

Participation restrictions

• Adult prices apply to visitors aged 12 and above, and child prices apply to visitors aged 6 to 11.
• This week's travel voucher can only be used within 2 or 3 consecutive days.

Require

• If you wish to ride the Romancecar Express, you must purchase a ticket separately.
• If you ride outside the designated area or miss your stop, please pay the corresponding fare.
• Only one round trip round-trip is allowed on the Odakyu Line (from the departure station to Odawara Station). (This does not apply to getting off at the station.)
• You can ride freely within the designated area.
• You cannot take the scheduled hop-on hop-off bus.
• The Odakyu Hakone Expressway bus will give priority to passengers holding designated tickets and will not be allowed to board if the bus is full.
• Transportation may be suspended due to weather conditions, etc. If you are unable to ride due to suspension, a refund will be given at the station where the tour ends (only if you have not yet boarded the transportation).
• The Hakone Freepass will be collected at the station where your trip ends.
• You cannot take the Izu-Hakone bus.
• visitors departing from Shinjuku and holding a Hakone Freepass can enjoy a 1,000 yen discount on the Odakyu Hakone Express bus between Shinjuku and Tomei Gotemba (the regular one-way adult fare is 1,610 yen).
