• Please select your redemption date when booking. Only passes departing within 1 month is eligible for ticket exchange at Japan
• Please refer to the official website for redemption locations. Northern Kyushu Area Pass cannot be redeemed at JR Kyushu Travel Agency offices in Kagoshima-Chuo Station and all stations in Miyazaki
• To reserve seats, please present the credit card used when booking, the eMCO voucher, and the reservation code at the green counters in all the JR Kyushu stations
• Railways owned by other companies or organizations and buses are not applicable

• Luggage Restrictions: Passengers may bring up to two pieces of luggage, not including carry-ons and smaller bags. Each piece may not weigh more than 30kg and its length, width and depth may not add up to more than 250cm, while its length may not exceed 200cm

Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.

Children between age 3 to 12 will be considered as child and charged child rate.

Children above age 12 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
