1. Lounge staff will check your passport, boarding pass and e-voucher, and verify that the name in English is correct before redemption. Therefore, please provide the exact name in English when placing the booking.
2. Most VIP lounges are located airside. If you need to check in early to access the lounge, please contact your airline for early check-in arrangements as we are unable to provide this information.
3. If the lounge is full due to special circumstances, please wait patiently in line. As lounge usage fluctuates, we cannot predict the number of guests at your arrival time.
4. The lounge is purchased with first and middle names, no refund or change is allowed. Please acknowledge the above information. Thank you for your understanding!
Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
Children between age 3 to 12 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
Children above age 12 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
